Dubai into the Future Pakistan Edition Webinar
Dubai, An initiative of the Dubai Land Department and Medallion Associates Ltd, the “Dubai into the Future Pakistan Edition Webinar” was successfully conducted in Pakistan via the Events10X virtual events platform, on Thursday, 9 September 2021 and set a standard for virtual events in the country. The webinar was a part of a continuing bid to increase foreign investment inflows into Dubai. This development further expands the firm’s wide global business network amid sustained interest of investors in the Emirate.
The “Dubai into the Future Pakistan Edition Webinar” was Pakistan’s first webinar in relation to investments in Dubai’s real estate projects and the webinar welcomed a large number of participants from Pakistan. The put a spotlight on Dubai’s real estate markets and investment opportunities, and was conducted digitally through Events10x, its virtual venue partner, offering the utmost safety, convenience and accessibility to all its participants in Pakistan.

The webinar was participated by two esteemed high-level officials of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), such as His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, the Director General of DLD, and Ms. Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of Promotion and Real Estate Investment Management Sector at DLD, who both welcomed the webinar with their keynote addresses. The keynote addresses were followed by speakers from Dubai’s real estate industry who discussed upcoming projects, investment opportunities. Answered visitor queries regarding the rules and regulations of property ownership in Dubai, and resolved concerns regarding investments in Dubai real estate.
